Very feminine and flattering red  tartan steampunk dress. Zipper at front and long ties around the waist. It has a ties around the hem enable the dress to be worn hitched or not. Lovely circle skirt with a separate tulle petticoat under it. Can be worn and without petticoat.  Extremely extravagant design would make a fabulous alternative for Halloween horror cosplay. The dress however can be worn for a prom, party or wedding. Would be fab at Christmas time too.
